    In the Settlement Agreement, "equipment needed for networking and infrastructure" is defined as "e.g. routers, servers, wireless network cards, or wireless access points".

    However, rack mounts, wall racks, cat5e cables and hard drives are all peripheral products that are eligible ONLY if purchased in conjunction with the purchase of servers, routers, etc. for the purpose of setting up or upgrading a network. This must be clearly indicated on the invoice(s). If peripherals are submitted for redemption as standalone, they will be rejected.
